Why is my order status 'On Hold'?

Should a problem arise during any stage of your order, your order will temporarily be placed 'on hold'. This can happen in a small percentage of orders for a variety reasons such as: an out of stock item or problems with the shipping address.

If the problem is preventing your parcel being shipped or requires you to make a decision, you will be contacted via telephone or email to see how you would like us to resolve the issue for you. As such, it is important to check your email regularly on the day of your order. Do not worry, your order will never be placed 'on hold' without contacting you with an exact reason why. Remember, the quicker you get back to us, the quicker we can get your goods shipped out for your to enjoy.
