Why have I been asked for proof of address?

As a market leader, and exclusive European distributor for a number of brand, we are extremely proud to ship all over the world on a daily basis. As a result, as a first time customer you may be asked to provide proof of billing address. Please do not worry too much, or take any offense, as a payment can be flagged for a variety of reasons, some as trivial as a misspelling in your address. The ID process is only necessary for a first time order and is merely a security measure to provide peace of mind to ourselves and our customers for all futures order, and further streamline our customer experience. 
 
You must provide proof of address by sending a scan/photograph of a document which clearly shows the bill payer’s name and address. It needs to be some sort of letter/correspondence sent to you by a reputable company (eg. bank statement) or utility provider (eg. phone bill, water bill, council tax bill). Please note, we cannot accept driving licences, identity cards or passports, only documents with proof of address will be accepted.
 
Remember, the quicker you are able to provide sufficient proof of address, the quicker we can ship your products. Many thanks for your patience, cooperation and understanding.
