Curious when you will receive your order or when your order will be dispatched? Please follow the steps below:
1. Find the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. This will display outstanding and previous orders. Click through to view your order and you will be able to see the date your order was dispatched.
2. Please check your email to see whether you have received a dispatched confirmation. This email will confirm all necessary information to help you track your parcel and also a link to the couriers website.
3. If your order has been dispatched, please check the delivery timescales (via your tracking information) to see when your order should arrive.
