Managing your points and redeeming rewards is easy. You can redeem your reward in 3 simple steps:
1. LOG INTO ACCOUNT
2. VIEW YOUR POINTS & SELECT YOUR REWARD
3. ADD THE REWARD TO YOUR BASKET
If you’re browsing our website on your computer, you can find the LOGIN button in the top left corner. If you’re on your mobile, click on the menu icon and select “LOGIN” from the dropdown list.

Please note: if you’re already logged in, the button will be showing your name instead of the word "LOGIN”. Just click on your name to be taken to your account.
Once you’ve logged into your account, click on “LOYALTY POINTS”. This will bring up the summary of the points you’ve accrued. You can view the reward options available to you when you click on the “REDEEM POINTS” tab.
From your redemption options, select the item you’d like to redeem and click on the “REDEEM” button. You will be asked to confirm your redemption option and once you’ve confirmed it, the page will display your redemption code. You will also receive a confirmation email with the redemption code, should you wish to use the code later.
You can redeem your reward whilst placing any order over £25. To do this, simply add your shopping to the basket and proceed to place the order. At the final stage of the checkout, you will be asked if you have a coupon code – click on it and enter your redemption code. Once you’ve applied the code, the reward will be automatically added to your basket.
Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Programme
- Products included in the Loyalty Programme are subject to availability and are run for a limited time. If the product is no longer available to redeem we cannot add this to your order
- Products redeemed under the Loyalty Programme can only be added to an order of £25 or over
- If the redemption code you have is not added to your order, we cannot add the item after your order is placed. However, you can add the code to your next order in the same way as normal
- Products redeemed under the Loyalty Programme cannot be exchanged for other products and cannot be exchanged for a monetary value
- You cannot redeem the same product multiple times on any one order. However, you can redeem unlimited different products on one order.
