How do I place an order?Making an order is very easy, here is our 7 step guide:
1. Simply go through the products listed at our site, either by category or brand name on the left hand side of the page and select the product or products you are interested in.
2. When you come across something you wish to buy, simply select how many units you wish to add to the cart and select a flavour where appropriate. For products/promotions where a bulk discount is available, note that it is important to read the promotion/offer prior to completing your order.
3. Once you are ready to check out, click view shopping cart followed by the proceed to checkout button once happy with everything within your cart.
4. You will then be prompted to enter your Shipping Address, it’s crucial that all information entered here is correct (look out for auto-corrects on the device you are using as this can change information entered and easily be missed) you can also tick the “Use this address for Billing” if the billing address is the same as your shipping address and the “Add to Address Book” for ease of checking out in the future.
5. Before moving on to the payment section you will be asked to select your Shipping Method, the options available at this stage will vary depending on your location and available couriers.
6. Selecting A Payment Method – In this section you are required to enter your card details, again we have a box underneath with the option to save the card details for future, you will also see the “Do you have a coupon code?” where coupons can be added.
7. The only thing left is to click the “Pay Securely Now” button, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming you have successfully placed an order along with your order number.
For SAME DAY DISPATCH, you will need to place your order before 5PM BST otherwise your order will be dispatched the following working day.
